Type of Soup


Boat Noodles ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือ (gŭuay-dtĭieow reuua) : these are small bowls of noodles served in a flavorful pork or beef broth, often with pork balls, bean sprouts, and herbs.

Clear noodles soup ก๋วยเตี๋ยวน้ำใส (gŭuay-dtĭieow nám-săi) : noodles served in a clear and flavorful broth, often with wontons and slices of barbecued pork.

Yen-ta-fo noodles ก๋วยเตี๋ยวเย็นตาโฟ (gŭuay-dtĭieow yen dtaa foh) : its distinctive pink broth made from fermented tofu. It's a sweet and slightly tangy noodle soup that usually contains a variety of seafood, fish balls.

Tom Yum noodles ก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำ (gŭuay-dtĭieow dtôm yam) :  Spicy and sour noodle soup flavored with lemongrass, lime leaves, and chili paste.
